blond fibers  woven
on  rum and fag - the monk
a remote rat prince

written for Haiku heights
april challenge
Prompt: possible

  1. A unique haiku for this prompt. I especially like your last line "a remote rat prince" Thank you.

  2. Reading your words, I am reminded of a line in Archibald MacLeish's poem, "Ars Poetica," that says: "A poem should not mean but be."

    “Maybe Raven Knows”

  3. I am touched by this remark. i dont know archibald Macleash and I have not read poets. in one of my replies i have said that the most important aspect of the Haiku form Is it summate the entire essence of existence in words, in 11 syllables to be precise , in that moment, for that moment and by that moment...Thus this form becomes extremely painful at some times and plays on your own mind. and the images and the entire composition. The force of a Haiku is tremendous. and it is power packed unleashing its influence slowly over the minds of the readers. It is transformatory in nature and ..I'm enjoying it
